Non-Refundable Services

- Completed Campaigns: Services that have been fully executed or delivered as agreed upon.
- Client-Initiated Delays: If delays or non-performance are due to the client’s failure to provide necessary information, approvals, or materials.
- Results-Based Refunds: Since advertising outcomes can be influenced by various external factors, refunds are not provided based on dissatisfaction with campaign results.
- Third-Party Costs: Any payments made to third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) on behalf of the client are non-refundable.

Review Process
- We will review the request within 10 business days of receiving all necessary information.

Decision Notification
You will be notified of our decision via email. If approved, refunds will be processed within 15 business days.
3. Payment of Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
